kana keri ya products are carefully manufactured one by one by craftsmen in Japan through a number of processes including manual labor. Please note that there may be individual differences in color and finish.
The following products: Slit Vase (all colors) and Layers Vase are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty policy can be found on the HANDLING&WARRANTY page.
PAYMENT

We are not able to check inquiries regarding direct debit. Please contact your credit card company.
