kana keri ya products are carefully manufactured one by one by craftsmen in Japan through a number of processes including manual labor.  Please note that there may be individual differences in color and finish.
The product is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.  Warranty policy can be found on the HANDLING&WARRANTY page.


PAYMENT

Please make payment in accordance with the terms and conditions of your credit card company.

We are not able to check inquiries regarding direct debit.  Please contact your credit card company.
If you still receive a payment error even though you have entered your credit card information correctly, please delete your browser's cache and cookies and try again.

Please use the credit card statement issued by your credit card company.
If you are a corporate customer and would like us to issue a separate receipt, please contact us from the CONTACT page and provide the required information.

SHIPPING
Each order will be delivered by our designated courier service.

International delivery is limited to certain areas and shipping charges will be calculated and added at checkout.

Furthermore, please note that you may be required to pay customs duties based on the laws of destination country.

Please note that the following types of delivery are not available.
-Forwarding of orders to a destination address other than the one specified at the time of order
-Delivery to areas outside of the countries where we sell our products.

THE NUMBER OF DAYS FOR DELIVERY
The shipping time is from the next business day to 5 business days after the order is placed.
(The number of days until delivery depends on the destination address.)
*We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year holidays, and other days designated by our company.

Delays may occur in the following cases. Please be aware of the following.
-Air restrictions, irregular traffic, bad weather, natural disasters, and other unusual circumstances.
-During national holidays in Japan and destination country.
-Periods of extremely high delivery congestion, such as holiday seasons.

ABSENCE OR DECLINATION OF DELIVERY
The delivery period is limited according to the delivery service in your country or region. We do not accept returns due to absence or refusal of pickup. We do not accept reshipment for reasons such as an unknown address or absence.
If you are unable to receive your order after it has been completed, please contact us from the CONTACT page and provide the required information.
Please note that if you are absent for an extended period of time or decline to receive your order, the order will be cancelled and the actual costs of round-trip shipping, various tax and handling fees, and packaging materials will be charged to the purchaser if the order is cancelled after shipping (including cases where shipping is free). Please note that if you return or cancel your order in violation of our regulations, or if you are absent for an extended period of time or refuse to receive your order, we may, at our discretion, prohibit you from using the site in the future.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
We take all the utmost precautions to provide the best quality products. However, in the case of a defective product or an item that differs from the contents of your order, we offer a return/exchange policy.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise by filling out the required information, and we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to return or exchange the product.
We do not accept returns or cancellations for any reasons attributable to the customer (different from what was expected, wrong order, etc.), We also do not accept returns, changes in order details, payment methods, or destination address changes after an order has been confirmed.   Please check the contents of your order carefully before placing your order.
Please note that if you are absent for an extended period of time or decline to receive your order, the order will be cancelled and the actual costs of round-trip shipping, various tax and handling fees, and packaging materials will be charged to the purchaser if the order is cancelled after shipping (including cases where shipping is free). 

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
-Returns at the customer's own reason (e.g., different from what was expected, wrong order, etc.)
-Returns without prior notification and our agreement.
-Products that have been left more than 8 days after arrival.
-Products that have already been used, lost, or damaged by the customer.
-In case of loss of any accessories and the delivery note
-Products that are in a condition that is significantly different from that of the original delivery (including the box and accessories).
-Products purchased outside of the kana keri ya ONLINE STORE
-Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to stains or scratches on packing materials such as storage boxes, etc. caused during storage, delivery, importation, etc.

PROCEDURES FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
In the event of defective or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise, stating the prescribed details from the CONTACT page, and return the merchandise using the method we will provide.  Please note that we will not be able to process returns or exchanges for items that have been returned without prior notification and our agreement.
Please be sure to return all items that were included with the product when it arrived, including any accessories and documents (delivery note, etc.).
The replacement product will be shipped as soon as we receive the returned product and confirm that the product is eligible for exchange. 
Please note that we will only accept exchanges when the product is in stock.  We may issue a refund if we are unable to accept an exchange due to out-of-stock or other reasons.

Please note that we may take time to respond to your request on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year holidays, and other holidays. 

REFUNDS
Please note that we may issue a refund if we are unable to accept an exchange due to out-of-stock or other reasons.
We will bear the shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to defective items or incorrect delivery.
For customers who paid by credit card, we will basically offset the amount by the credit card company you used.
